Dignicare is led by Gizelle Armstrong, a former Registered Nurse with more than 30 years’ experience in the health and social care sector. Her clinical background and passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care continue to shape everything we do.

Our care team is carefully selected for their professionalism, compassion and commitment to making a positive difference. Every member of staff holds a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification and receives ongoing training to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.

We believe the best care is built on trust and familiarity. Wherever possible, we provide continuity of care, allowing lasting relationships to develop between our carers, the people they support and their families, giving everyone confidence and peace of mind.

Dementia Awareness

As proud members of the Dementia Action Alliance, we're committed to improving understanding of dementia through ongoing staff training, awareness initiatives and supporting individuals and families living with dementia.

Christmas Community Dinner

Each Christmas, we host a community dinner for people who may otherwise spend the festive season alone. Bringing people together for good food, companionship and conversation helps create lasting memories and ensures no one feels forgotten during the holidays.

Tackling Loneliness

Loneliness can have a significant impact on both physical and mental wellbeing. Through companionship visits, community involvement and meaningful social interaction, we're committed to helping people stay connected, build relationships and enjoy the company of others throughout the year.
